A New Heart
I've made a small amount of progress on Little Nemo. I can't wait to actually start stitching the fish. Orange is my favorite color!
But, I set him aside today to start working on a July 4th piece. This is a cute freebie that should stitch up very quickly. And, it will give me a chance to practice the no sew wallhanging finish before I do up Nemo for public consumption.

They're both looking great. Good luck with the no-sew wall hanging, I've yet to try that one.
Nice progress on Nemo, the colors are so pretty. I read your earlier entry on the no backstitching on this. I'll be interested in hearing how you like that effect as you go along with this. My Flower Dragon piece I'm doing also does not call for any backstitching (which I'm thrilled with as I hate to backstitch) so I'm really hoping that it turns out that it doesn't need any when I'm done. Nice start on your 4th of July piece as well.
